30 YEARS.
SEVERAL WORLDS.
ONE WAY OF THINKING.
Entrepreneur. Field operator. Builder. Trainer. Author. Advisor.
For more than 30 years, I have worked across environments that rarely meet: security, construction, remote operations, crisis preparedness and human factors.
Different worlds. One constant:
UNDERSTAND. BUILD. TEST. ADAPT.
“I have spent more than 30 years moving between worlds that rarely meet: security, entrepreneurship, construction, remote environments, crisis preparedness and human factors.
Different experiences, but always the same instinct: understand what can fail, anticipate what comes next, and be ready to act when reality no longer follows the plan.”

A DIFFERENT WAY OF LOOKING AT RISK.
For more than 30 years, I have learned to observe very different systems: a business, a construction site, an organisation, a team under pressure, a remote environment or a crisis situation.
Over time, one thing became clear:
The most significant vulnerabilities are rarely where everyone is looking.
They hide in the interfaces.
In a dependency that has become invisible.
In a procedure that works perfectly… as long as everything else does.
In a system no one considered during a power outage.
In a few minutes lost at the wrong moment.
Or simply in human behaviour.
This way of looking at risk is what gave rise to COCOUND.
We do not start with a catalogue of solutions.
We first identify what must keep working. Then we look for everything that could prevent it from doing so.
Security. Energy. Water. Communications. Access. Mobility. Health. Supplies. Evacuation. Human factors.
The objective is not to turn a property into a fortress.
It is to ensure that it remains a place to live — even when the world around it is no longer functioning normally.
FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY.
RECOGNISED FOR INNOVATION.
BEYOND PROTECTION.
